When helpful, we can also move into the practical elements of your work — decisions, structure, finances, or creative direction — allowing insight to translate into grounded shifts.
It’s a way to step back and tend the trail together, in real time.

This is a dedicated period of time to slow down, listen closely, and move intentionally through a transition.
Over eight weeks, we walk through a process of reflection, exploration, and integration. Each phase builds on the last, allowing insight to deepen and take form.
We begin by orienting to where you are. From there, we explore patterns, possibilities, and direction. As clarity emerges, we shift toward integration — grounding what you’re seeing into real movement.
This is a container for meaningful change — not rushed, not forced, but tended over time.
